5.What Are The Costs For Your Airport Transfer Services?

Our airport transfer prices are all-inclusive and do not include any extra or hidden charges. Transfer prices can vary depending on the departure airport, selected destination, number of people and type of vehicle you choose. 6.What is the deadline for booking a private airport transfer?

You must book our services for at least 12 hours before the transfer. In case of urgent or any last minute booking, please visit our terms and conditions.

7.How can I find my chauffeur on arrival?

We monitor the status of our flight on the basis of your flight information provided by you so that our professional chauffeur could arrive at the airport at the mentioned time in the confirmation mail. You can find them by your name board in their hand.

8.How much time does your professional chauffeur wait for?

Our chauffeur will wait for you at the airport for 60 minutes free of charge while for other destinations, it is 15 minutes. However additional charges may apply under our Terms and Conditions in case of longer waiting time than 1 hour.

9.What are the provisions in case of delays by professional chauffeurs?

In case if our professional chauffeurs get delayed, we will inform you immediately and if the delays are too long, we will transfer you with alternative private transfer arrangements.

10.Are you offering a private airport transfer door to door?

Yes, we are offering our private airport transfer services door to door but in case if the road is closed or the area is too narrow for the car or if it is car-free, the clients will be taken to nearby locations to their selected destination.

11.Can I be picked up/dropped off at my hotel from the airport?

Yes, you can. You just need to send us your pick-up and drop-off location via our online booking form and you will be taken care of by our professional chauffeurs.

12.Can I make any changes/amendments to my booking?

Yes, of course. Just mail all your required amendments to our customer service team. Please note that changes will only entertain when we receive it and confirm it to you by email. All changes are subject to the company's availability of suitable capacity.

13.Do you also provide baby seats?

Yes, we are providing the baby seats under our airport transfer services. At the time of booking, if the vehicle and chauffeur have the possibility to offer the baby seats, it will be shown to you during the booking process. Please note that you must inform us if the minors are included in your service booking request.

14.Do you provide your transfer services for more than one location at a time?

Yes. You are required to send this information to our customer service via mail. Please note that extra stops might require additional charges and are subject to availability.

15.What should I do if I am late for my pick-up time?

There is no need to worry. You must inform us in case you are late or your flight is delayed so that we could make the necessary arrangements for you.
